Slow Shutter Speed

This Picture shows slow shudder speed by keeping the aperature open so long that only the brake lights are visible from a passing car.

Triangle of Exposure

Aperature: An opening in the camera that lets the light through, much like the pupil of an eye.

Shutter Speed: This is a measurement of how long the shutter will stay open and let light in.

ISO: Measures the sensitivity of the image sensor.

Motion Blur:The appearance of fast moving object that looks streaky in a still photo.

Noise and Light Sensitivity:Random variations of brightness in the image.

Depth of Field: The distance between the nearest and furthest image that gives the appearance of being in focus

Print Vs. Digital

5 Negatives and 5 Positives about Digital and Print Photo

Negatives:

·      Print

1.     Takes much longer

2.     Messy

3.     Chemicals can be hazardous

4.     Lots of Waste

5.     You can’t do much with the image like you can with a digital image

·     Digital

1.     Expensive for advanced equipment

2.     The focus is much less on a single image

3.    People don’t appreciate digital photo as much

4.     People take way too many pictures

5.     Not all people like technology

1.     Its really cool

2.     Its classic

3.     Better Resolution

4.     Much more artsy

1.     Easier to use

2.     Cheaper for a simple camera
